Natural Ingredients, Ancient spices
Our formulations start with ingredient choice. Herbs, oils, and natural materials are selected not only for their traditional use, but for how they support Ayurvedic formulations when used consistently as part of daily routines.
Our approach is shaped by classical Ayurvedic knowledge and years of clinical practice at Nattika Ayurveda Retreats. Ingredients are chosen based on their therapeutic relevance, compatibility with other components, and suitability to constitution and season. Priority is given to purity, freshness, and correct harvesting practices, as these factors directly influence effectiveness.

A significant portion of our raw materials comes from regions close to the Western Ghats, an area long recognized for its biodiversity and medicinal plant heritage. We work with trusted cultivators and carefully selected wild growing areas where plants are allowed to grow naturally, without forcing yield or compromising quality. Each herb is assessed for maturity, condition, and timing of harvest before it is accepted for use.
We also maintain an organic garden within the Nattika ecosystem, where selected herbs and culinary ingredients are grown in season, with careful attention to soil health and natural growing cycles. Keeping cultivation within our ecosystem helps us stay close to the source and gives us direct oversight of how these ingredients are grown, harvested, and handled from start to finish.
At Nattika Life, every product is made with the same rigour and care that guide therapeutic practice. Our work is grounded in classical Ayurveda and shaped by the everyday clinical practice of Nattika Ayurveda Retreats.
