Our
Retreats

Nattika Life is part of the Nattika Ayurveda Retreats family, and our retreats remain the heart of everything we do. These are places created for stillness, healing, and time, where Ayurveda is practiced in its most complete and attentive form.

Each retreat is rooted in classical Ayurvedic principles and guided by experienced physicians, therapists, and practitioners. Guests arrive with different needs, conditions, and intentions, and the approach is always personal. Treatment programmes are shaped through careful consultation, supported by daily therapies, yoga, meditation, and Ayurvedic nutrition, all designed to work together as a whole.

Our retreat environments are intentionally calm and uncluttered, allowing nature to play an active role in the healing process. The rhythm of the sea, the presence of green landscapes, and the quiet of open spaces support rest, reflection, and recovery. Healing here is not hurried. It unfolds through routine, observation, and care.

Over the years, these retreats have welcomed guests from across the world, many arriving with chronic conditions, fatigue, stress, or the cumulative effects of modern living. While guests arrive in search of care and relief, many leave with a deeper sense of balance and a greater awareness of their own rhythms.

These retreats remain places where Ayurvedic living is practiced each day, with time, guidance, and the kind of space where healing can begin at its roots.

The Nattika Beach Ayurveda Resort

Set along the quiet shoreline of Nattika Beach in Thrissur, The Nattika Beach Ayurveda Resort is a dedicated space for classical Ayurvedic healing. Spread across a spacious coastal landscape with coconut groves and open gardens, the retreat offers an environment shaped by nature, stillness, and time.

Therapeutic programmes are guided by experienced Ayurvedic physicians and supported by daily treatments, yoga, meditation, and personalised nutrition. Ocean-facing yoga spaces, a dedicated Ayurveda centre, and the steady rhythm of the sea create conditions that support sustained healing rather than short-term relief. The retreat is suited for those seeking immersive, long-stay Ayurvedic care rooted in tradition and clinical experience.

Rockholm at the Lighthouse Beach

Perched above the Lighthouse Beach in Kovalam, Rockholm is an intimate Ayurvedic retreat defined by its elevated setting and uninterrupted views of the Arabian Sea. The scale is intentionally contained, creating a quiet and focused atmosphere for personalised care.

Ayurvedic therapies are integrated with mindful yoga sessions and dietary guidance, all delivered under medical supervision. Contemporary architecture blends with the coastal landscape, allowing light, sea air, and open horizons to remain part of the healing experience. Rockholm is well suited for guests seeking attentive Ayurvedic care in a setting that is private, calm, and closely connected to the sea.
