We currently ship products within India and to selected international destinations.

International shipping availability may vary depending on destination, customs regulations, and courier serviceability.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Domestic orders (India): Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days from dispatch.

International orders: Estimated delivery within 10–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges, which must be borne by the customer.

Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Returns will be accepted only under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or negligence

Refund Policy for Physical Products

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchange Policy
