Method and Usage:
- Topical application of the blend by adding carrier oil over the forehead for headaches.
- For tooth aches and joint pain direct external application is advised.
- Apply 2 to 3 drops of the blend on a towel and inhale for destressing.
- Add carrier oil and rub the blend over the chest for chest congestion.
- Steam inhalation by adding a few drops of blend in boiling water for upper respiratory congestion.

Methode und Anwendung:
- Lokale Anwendung der Mischung durch Zugabe von Trägeröl auf die Stirn bei Kopfschmerzen.
- Bei Zahn- und Gelenkschmerzen wird eine direkte äußerliche Anwendung empfohlen.
- 2 bis 3 Tropfen der Mischung auf ein Handtuch auftragen und einatmen, um zu entspannen.
- Bei Verstopfung der Brust reiben Sie die Mischung mit einem Trägeröl auf der Brust ein.
- Eine Dampfinhalation, bei der einige Tropfen der Mischung in kochendes Wasser gegeben werden, hilft bei Verstopfung der oberen Atemwege.
- Das Inhalieren der Mischung ist gut, um das Verlangen nach einer Zigarette zu reduzieren.
